改进十字交叉法评价热障涂层界面结合强度

【摘要】:界面结合强度是热障涂层最为重要的力学指标之一。目前,十字交叉法能够同时测定涂层界面拉伸与剪切结合强度而得到广泛应用。然而,十字交叉法仍存在不足之处。本研究对十字交叉试样与夹具进行改进,采用改进后的试样与夹具对8YSZ热障涂层进行测试。结果表明:8YSZ热障涂层的界面拉伸结合强度为(23.68±1.56)MPa,界面剪切结合强度为(25.88±2.14)MPa,其破坏形式均为界面/涂层破坏;改进十字交叉法剪切强度测试时,界面受到的是单一的剪切力,测试不再受到粘结剂强度的限制;改进十字交叉法避免了在拉伸强度测试过程中夹具与样品摩擦力的影响,提高了测量结果的准确性。
[Abstract]:Interface bonding strength is one of the most important mechanical indexes of thermal barrier coatings. At present, cross-cross method has been widely used to measure the tensile and shear bonding strength of the coating interface at the same time. However, there are still shortcomings in the cross-crossing method. In this study, the cross specimen and fixture were improved, and the 8YSZ thermal barrier coating was tested by the improved sample and fixture. The results show that the tensile bonding strength of the interface of the W8 YSZ thermal barrier coating is 23.68 卤1.56 MPA, and the interfacial shear bonding strength is 25.88 卤2.14 MPA, and the failure mode is the interface / coating failure, and the interface is subjected to a single shear force when the shear strength of the improved cross method is measured. The test is no longer limited by the strength of binder, and the improved cross method avoids the influence of the friction between the fixture and the sample during the tensile strength test, and improves the accuracy of the measurement results.
