MKD7675数控双端面磨床上料机构的改进设计

【摘要】:分析MKD7675数控双端面磨床上料机构结构特点及存在的问题,针对机床的使用范围受到限制,改进了上料机构的送料盘、料盘套(组件)和支承板设计,将送料盘和料盘套(组件)合二为一,简化了结构;将支承板中的2个回转支承点由滚动滑轮改由滚动轴承支承定位,降低了磨削中套圈的摩擦阻力,支承板设计为带长槽的结构,方便调整。实践证明,改进结构合理可行。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the structure characteristics and existing problems of the feeding mechanism of MKD7675 NC double end grinder. Aiming at the limitation of the machine tool's scope of use, the paper improves the design of feeding disk, disc sleeve (component) and supporting plate of feeding mechanism. The structure is simplified by combining the feed plate and the disc sleeve (assembly), and the two rotary bearing points in the supporting plate are changed from the rolling pulley to the roller bearing support, thus reducing the friction resistance of the ring in grinding, The supporting plate is designed as a structure with long slot, which is easy to adjust. The practice proves that the structure improvement is reasonable and feasible.
