固溶温度对Ti55531钛合金的组织与性能的影响

【摘要】:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、纳米压痕等分析测试手段,研究不同固溶温度对Ti55531钛合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金的锻态组织由球状α相和β相组成,经过780℃和840℃固溶处理和540℃时效1 h后,合金的显微组织由初生α相、次生针状α相和β相组成,其中次生α相和β相存在位向关系,即(1101)α//(110)β;随着固溶温度增高,初生球状α相急剧减少,析出次生α相增多,而且次生针状α相硬度明显高于初生α相和基体β相,经780℃和840℃固溶处理后合金的硬度相对于锻态组织分别提高了8.5%和10.3%。
