添加剂对云溪环保砂铸造性能的影响研究

【摘要】:云溪环保砂用于砂型铸造,得到的铸件质量好、精度高,同时具有环保无污染的优势。通过向云溪环保砂添加少量添加剂,研究环保砂的抗压强度、残留强度以及高温热性能。结果表明,当有机酯加入量恒定时,随水玻璃加入量的增加,环保砂的抗压强度和残留强度提高。在满足造型强度要求及型砂的残留强度不能太高的情况下,加入0.30 wt%的有机酯,2.5 wt%的水玻璃较为合适。加入适量添加剂的环保砂的热膨胀率明显降低,在高温阶段产生适度烧结;小于1000℃,其热压强度升高且大于普通环保砂和煤粉砂;大于1100℃,热压强度降低,低于普通环保砂和煤粉砂。这些特性有利于在长时间浇注时具有较好的退让性,保证铸件精度,防止铸件变形,使铸件的热裂倾向减小。
[Abstract]:Yunxi environmental protection sand is used in sand mold casting, the casting quality is good, the precision is high, and it has the advantage of environmental protection and no pollution. The compressive strength, residual strength and high temperature thermal properties of environmental friendly sand were studied by adding a small amount of additives to Yunxi environmental protection sand. The results show that the compressive strength and residual strength of environmental friendly sand increase with the increase of sodium silicate content when the organic ester content is constant. When the molding strength is satisfied and the residual strength of molding sand is not too high, it is more suitable to add 0.30 wt% organic ester and 2.5 wt% water glass. The thermal expansion rate of the environmentally friendly sand added with proper amount of additive is obviously reduced, and the moderate sintering occurs at high temperature.
