陶瓷涂层结合质量的超声斜入射检测

【摘要】:金属基体表面涂覆的非金属涂层可以提高基体的耐腐蚀、耐高温等性能,涂层的结合质量是涂层性能的重要指标。传统的超声透射和反射方法可以实现对涂层脱粘的检测,但是对于非脱粘涂层结合质量的检测较为困难。该文采用超声斜入射反射检测法,对不同结合质量的非金属涂层进行检测,利用频谱分析技术计算得到斜入射非线性系数。检测结果表明:斜入射非线性系数可以反映非金属涂层的结合质量,涂层的脱粘情况可以通过基频的幅值判断,而在非脱粘情况下,斜入射非线性系数越大,则涂层结合质量越差。
[Abstract]:The non-metallic coating on the surface of metal substrate can improve the corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the substrate. The bonding quality of the coating is an important index of the coating performance. The traditional ultrasonic transmission and reflection methods can be used to detect the debonding of the coating, but it is difficult to detect the bonding quality of the non-debonding coating. In this paper, ultrasonic oblique incidence reflection detection method is used to detect nonmetallic coatings with different bonding quality, and the nonlinear coefficient of oblique incidence is calculated by spectrum analysis technique. The test results show that the nonlinear coefficient of oblique incidence can reflect the bonding quality of the non-metallic coating, and the debonding of the coating can be judged by the amplitude of the fundamental frequency, while in the case of non-debonding, the nonlinear coefficient of oblique incidence is greater. Then the coating bonding quality is worse.
