压缩天然气储气井壁厚超声波检测技术研究

【摘要】:压缩天然气储气井作为我国使用非常广泛的天然气存储设备,需定期检测以确保其安全使用。在储气井使用过程中,由于井筒内外壁存在腐蚀现象,井筒减薄甚至破损是储气井失效的主要原因之一,可造成巨大的经济损失及安全事故。本文针对目前储气井壁厚检测设备中存在的设备体积较大,成本较高以及在井中移动不畅等现象,研究了一种基于水浸法的储气井超声波壁厚检测系统。本系统包含一款储气井超声波测厚仪及一个超声波数据分析软件,储气井超声波测厚仪通过内置超声探头及嵌入式系统完成对壁厚信息的采集,并传输至超声波数据分析软件进行分析。本文的主要研究内容如下:(1)针对储气井测厚的实际情况及国家相关检测要求,在综合分析国内外测厚设备优缺点的基础上,提出了基于水浸法的储气井超声波壁厚检测系统架构,为储气井超声波壁厚检测系统的设计提供了框架指引。(2)应用水浸法超声波测厚原理,提出了储气井超声波壁厚检测系统每部分的设计要求,对储气井超声波壁厚检测系统的超声波测厚仪嵌入式系统、超声波测厚仪机械结构、升降系统,及超声波数据分析软件的开发进行了详细的设计开发,完成了一套轻便易携、高效稳定的储气井超声波壁厚检测系统。(3)对储气井超声波壁厚检测系统进行实验室及现场测试,以验证其是否能够达到精度要求和发现实际应用中的现场问题。对发现问题进行整理和分析,并进行相应的改进,使得目前的储气井超声波壁厚检测系统具备了实际应用水平。
[Abstract]:As a widely used natural gas storage equipment in China, compressed natural gas storage wells need to be inspected regularly to ensure their safe use. During the operation of gas storage wells, due to the corrosion of the inner and outer wall of the wellbore, hole thinning or even damage is one of the main reasons for the failure of the gas storage wells, which can cause huge economic losses and safety accidents. In view of the phenomena of large volume, high cost and difficulty moving in the gas storage well wall thickness measuring equipment, a kind of ultrasonic wall thickness detection system based on water immersion method is studied in this paper. The system includes a gas storage well ultrasonic thickness meter and an ultrasonic data analysis software. The gas storage well ultrasonic thickness meter completes the collection of wall thickness information through the built-in ultrasonic probe and embedded system. And transmitted to the ultrasonic data analysis software for analysis. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) in view of the actual situation of gas storage well thickness logging and the national relevant testing requirements, based on the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign thickness measuring equipment, The structure of ultrasonic wall thickness detection system for gas storage wells based on water immersion method is put forward, which provides a frame guide for the design of ultrasonic wall thickness detection system in gas storage wells. The design requirements of every part of ultrasonic wall thickness measurement system of gas storage well are put forward. The embedded system of ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument, the mechanical structure of ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument and the lifting system of ultrasonic wall thickness measuring system of gas storage well are introduced. And the development of ultrasonic data analysis software has carried on the detailed design and development, has completed a set of portable, easy to carry, high efficient and stable ultrasonic wall thickness detection system of gas storage wells. The ultrasonic wall thickness detection system of gas storage wells has been tested in laboratory and on the spot. In order to verify whether it can meet the accuracy requirements and find practical problems in the field. The problem is sorted out and analyzed, and the corresponding improvement is made, which makes the current ultrasonic wall thickness detection system of gas storage well have practical application level.
