2A14铝合金激光-MIG复合填丝焊特性分析

【摘要】:针对2A14铝合金同时进行了激光-MIG复合焊和激光-MIG复合填丝焊试验,对比分析了激光功率、离焦量、焊接速度、焊接电流、光丝间距、填丝速度等工艺参数对两种焊接方法焊缝成形的影响规律.结果表明,铝合金激光-MIG复合填丝焊方法切实可行,工艺适应性良好,与铝合金激光-MIG复合焊相比,均能在较宽的工艺参数范围内实现良好的焊缝成形;相同试验参数条件下,铝合金激光-MIG复合填丝焊的焊缝成形特征与激光-MIG复合焊基本相同,但其熔敷速度明显大于激光-MIG复合焊,焊缝余高明显增加.
[Abstract]:The experiments of laser MIG composite welding and laser MIG composite wire filling welding for 2A14 aluminum alloy were carried out at the same time. The laser power, defocusing amount, welding speed, welding current and optical wire spacing were compared and analyzed. The influence of wire filling speed and other process parameters on weld formation of two welding methods. The results show that the laser MIG composite filler wire welding method for aluminum alloy is feasible, and the process adaptability is good. Compared with the laser MIG composite welding of aluminum alloy, the welding seam can be formed in a wide range of process parameters, and under the same test parameters, The weld forming characteristics of laser MIG composite filler wire welding of aluminum alloy are basically the same as that of laser MIG composite welding, but the deposition speed is obviously higher than that of laser MIG composite welding, and the residual height of the weld increases obviously.
