桥梁钢板Q500qE焊接粗晶区相变及接头性能

【摘要】:测试了60 mm厚TMCP桥梁钢板Q500qE模拟焊接粗晶区奥氏体连续冷却相变曲线;使用自动埋弧焊机对试验钢板进行双面多层多道对接焊试验,采用扫描电镜、示波冲击试验、电子背散射衍射等技术,研究了焊接接头的组织与性能.结果表明,随着焊接热输入量的增大,相变温度升高;焊接热输入E≤50 k J/cm时,焊接接头具有良好的组织与力学性能;粗晶区的组织以板条贝氏体为主,大角度晶界分数为51.8%;焊接接头拉伸断裂位置位于母材,焊缝区及焊接热影响区的显微硬度值均高于母材,未出现焊接软化和粗晶区脆化现象.
[Abstract]:The austenite continuous cooling phase transformation curve of 60mm thick TMCP bridge steel plate Q500qE was tested, and the austenitic continuous cooling transformation curve of austenite in coarse grain area was simulated by 60mm thick TMCP bridge steel plate Q500qE, and the double-sided multi-layer multi-pass butt welding test was carried out by using automatic submerged arc welding machine. The microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied by electron backscattering diffraction. The results show that the transformation temperature increases with the increase of welding heat input, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints are good when the welding heat input E 鈮,
