镁合金表面冷喷涂纳米铝锌涂层及其腐蚀性能研究

【摘要】:采用冷喷涂工艺制备纳米铝锌涂层。借助SEM手段研究了涂层的组织形貌。对涂层的显微硬度、孔隙率以及涂层与基体的结合强度进行了分析。采用电化学工作站和盐雾试验对涂层的腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,涂层自腐蚀电位明显高于镁合金基体,自腐蚀电流密度明显低于镁合金,能为镁合金提供良好的保护。
[Abstract]:Nanocrystalline Al-Zn coatings were prepared by cold spraying. The microstructure of the coating was studied by SEM. The microhardness, porosity and bonding strength between coating and substrate were analyzed. The corrosion behavior of the coating was studied by electrochemical workstation and salt spray test. The results show that the self-corrosion potential of the coating is obviously higher than that of the magnesium alloy substrate, and the self-corrosion current density is obviously lower than that of the magnesium alloy, which can provide good protection for the magnesium alloy.
