板材柔性介质加压成形技术的研究现状

【摘要】:柔性介质成形是指利用如液态的水或油、粘性的高分子聚合物及固态颗粒等作为传力介质使板材加工成形的制造方法 .与传统工艺相比,板料柔性成形技术的工艺灵活度较高,兼具能保证质量、降低成本和缩短工序等优点,成为低塑性、难成形板材提高成形极限的有效途径之一.综述了液压成形、粘性介质成形和固体颗粒介质压力成形等代表性板材柔性介质成形方法近年来国内外的研究及发展现状,为航空航天、汽车制造等领域多品种、大批量、复杂形状零件的加工成形提供了技术指导.
[Abstract]:Flexible medium forming is a manufacturing method that uses liquid water or oil, viscous polymer and solid particles as force transfer medium to make sheet metal forming. Compared with the traditional technology, the flexible sheet metal forming technology has the advantages of high flexibility, high quality assurance, low cost and short working procedure. It is one of the effective ways to improve the forming limit of sheet metal with low plasticity and difficulty in forming. The research and development of flexible medium forming methods for sheet metal in recent years, such as hydroforming, viscous medium forming and solid particle medium pressure forming, are reviewed in this paper. The machining and forming of complex shape parts provide technical guidance.
