复合式结晶器结构及温度

【摘要】:为改善特大断面连铸方坯热容量大、传热效率低等问题,基于结晶器传热学理论分析,提出复合式结晶器新技术。针对此结晶器,在保证铜板正常工作情况下,采用耦合方法,分析铜板、内冷却器的温度场及热应力分布。结果表明,铜板温度最高为230.8℃,热应力最大为261 MPa;内冷却器最高温度为406℃,应力为399 MPa,对内冷却器结构材料要求提高。该计算结果及方法可为结晶器铜板设计及工业应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the problems of large heat capacity and low heat transfer efficiency of billet in super large section continuous casting, a new technology of compound mould is put forward based on the theoretical analysis of heat transfer in crystallizer. For this crystallizer, the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of copper plate and inner cooler are analyzed by coupling method in order to ensure the normal operation of copper plate. The results show that the maximum temperature of copper plate is 230.8 鈩,
