【摘要】:利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算及Gleeble热/力模拟方法,对0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2Nb N钢的平衡态相变行为及高温热塑性进行了研究,结果表明,0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2Nb N钢存在锻造开裂现象,锻造温度宜控制在950℃—1 100℃间。
[Abstract]:The equilibrium phase transformation behavior and high temperature thermoplasticity of 0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2NbN steel were studied by Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation and Gleeble thermal / force simulation method. The results show that forging cracking exists in 0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2NbN steel and forging temperature should be controlled between 950 鈩,
