正火工艺对EH40船板钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】:采用力学性能测试并借助光学显微镜研究了正火温度对20 mm厚的控轧控冷(TMCP)态EH40级船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,EH40级船板钢较优的正火温度为850℃;在850~880℃,钢发生动态回复,硬度和冲击韧性随温度升高而下降。
[Abstract]:The effect of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and properties of 20mm thick controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) grade EH40 steel plate was studied by means of mechanical properties test and optical microscope.
