【摘要】:基于电磁感应加热的BR1500HS高强钢管热弯曲成形过程是管材在感应加热区的成形与淬火一起进行的。基于塑性成形理论对管材弯曲过程进行了应力分析,通过有限元软件进行了多场顺序耦合计算,获得了感应区加热温度对管材截面畸变和回弹程度的影响规律,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明,在800~950℃,管材的截面畸变程度和回弹角度均随着感应区加热温度的增大而减小。
[Abstract]:The hot bending process of BR1500HS high strength steel tube based on electromagnetic induction heating is carried out together with quenching in induction heating zone. Based on the plastic forming theory, the stress analysis of the tube bending process is carried out, and the multi-field sequential coupling calculation is carried out by the finite element software. The influence of the heating temperature in the induction zone on the distortion and springback degree of the tube section is obtained. It is verified by experiment. The results show that the cross-section distortion and springback angle of the tube decrease with the increase of the heating temperature of the induction zone at 800 ~ 950 鈩,
