【摘要】:冷轧板材的厚度偏差和板形精度是冷轧板带材产品的主要衡量指标,与此相关的控制策略一直是轧制过程自动化研究的热点。以某1700mm酸轧机组建设项目为背景,在查阅了国内外大量相关文献的基础上,通过对酸轧机组的主要设备参数、生产工艺流程、仪表配置的了解,选择了Siemens软件平台,确定了整个自动控制系统的硬件配置、网络组态并进行程序编写。在现场实践过程中,主要研究了酸轧机组中的主速度控制系统,其中主速控制系统包括轧机区域的带钢跟踪、来自二级的预设定值处理、轧机速度控制计算等主要功能。通过PLC编程实现了各个控制功能的实际应用,对动态变规格进行深入的研究、给出了轧制过程中变规格的改变时间点和参数的表格、得出了动态变规格技术的调节方法、控制模式和计算方法。深入研究了自动厚度控制和板形控制的计算方法,以提高终轧产品厚度和板形精度为出发点,对液压执行机构、厚度自动控制系统、板形测量等内容进行了研究,确定了轧制过程中的厚度控制策略和板形控制策略,给出了前馈自动厚度控制、Simith预估监控自动厚度控制、秒流量自动厚度控制、加减速补偿、偏心补偿等厚度控制策略和控制算法。在自动板形控制系统中,通过对不同缺陷板形的分析、应用弯辊力及基于二分法的乳化液分段冷却控制模型,提出了控制精度高,计算快,稳定性好的调节量的计算方法,并将研究成果用于生产,取得了良好的控制效果。通过对酸轧机组生产线主要功能的仿真测试及现场调试,针对冷轧过程中的主速控制、厚度控制和板形控制进行深入的实验研究,将总结研发的控制策略应用于某酸轧机组生产线,具有较强的实用性,对我国板带材生产控制水平的提高具有积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:The thickness deviation and shape accuracy of cold rolled sheet are the main measurement indexes of cold rolled strip, and the related control strategy has been a hot spot in the research of rolling process automation. On the basis of consulting a large number of related documents at home and abroad, the 1700mm software platform was selected based on the understanding of the main equipment parameters, production process and instrument configuration of a certain 1700mm acid mill group construction project. The hardware configuration, network configuration and programming of the whole automatic control system are determined. In the field practice, the main speed control system in the acid mill group is mainly studied. The main speed control system includes the strip tracking in the rolling mill area, the pre-set value processing from the second stage, the calculation of the mill speed control, and so on. The practical application of each control function is realized by PLC programming, the dynamic specification change is deeply studied, the table of changing time point and parameter in rolling process is given, and the adjusting method of dynamic specification technology is obtained. Control mode and calculation method. The calculation methods of automatic thickness control and shape control are studied in depth. In order to improve the thickness and shape accuracy of finished rolling products, the hydraulic actuator, automatic thickness control system and shape measurement are studied. The thickness control strategy and flatness control strategy in rolling process are determined. The feed forward automatic thickness control Simith predictive monitoring automatic thickness control, second flow automatic thickness control, acceleration and deceleration compensation are given. Eccentricity compensation equal thickness control strategy and control algorithm. In the automatic shape control system, by analyzing the different defects of shape, applying the bending force and the control model of emulsion section cooling based on dichotomy, the method of calculating the regulating quantity with high control precision, fast calculation and good stability is put forward. The research results are used in production and good control effect is obtained. Through the simulation test and field debugging of the main functions of the acid mill assembly line, the main speed control, thickness control and shape control in the cold rolling process are studied. The application of the developed control strategy to the production line of a certain acid mill has strong practicability and has a positive promoting effect on the improvement of the production control level of the sheet and strip in our country.
