回火对40Cr活塞杆渗氮后的组织和性能的影响

【摘要】:利用金相、XRD、硬度、极化曲线、阻抗谱等研究了热处理工艺对40Cr钢表面氮化后的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:回火处理能改变氮化物的分布和硬度梯度,随着温度的增加,有效渗层的厚度先增加后减小;40Cr钢调质后540℃渗氮6 h并经过520℃高温回火15 min再150℃低温回火3 h能获得最好的硬度和耐蚀性。
[Abstract]:The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of 40Cr steel after nitridation was studied by means of metallographic XRD, hardness, polarization curve and impedance spectroscopy. The results show that tempering treatment can change the distribution and hardness gradient of nitride, and with the increase of temperature, The best hardness and corrosion resistance can be obtained after quenching and tempering at 540 鈩,
