退火工艺对中碳钢热轧板组织和力学性能的影响

【摘要】:利用SEM、EBSD等分析技术研究了不同退火保温时间对碳化物球化、铁素体回复与再结晶以及实验钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:实验钢热轧后空冷到650℃进行不同保温时间的退火,当保温时间达到30 min时,大多数铁素体发生了再结晶,且铁素体晶粒尺寸最为细小,约为7μm。热轧实验钢的试样屈服强度与抗拉强度均较高,分别为570 MPa和725 MPa,而伸长率为13%。当热轧试样冷却到650℃进行30min的退火,其抗拉强度和屈服强度显著降低,分别下降至460 MPa和635 MPa,而伸长率显著增加,达到21%。
