40CrMnMo钢单体泵泵体淬火开裂分析及对策

【摘要】:针对调质热处理后批量开裂的单体泵泵体,采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、夹杂物检查、金相组织和晶粒度检查以及扫描电镜分析方法对泵体开裂原因进行分析并提出相应改进措施。结果表明:失效泵体开裂的主要原因是泵体壁厚不均匀,淬火过程中热应力与组织应力叠加导致泵体沿轴线方向开裂。采取加热升温时650℃等温及将淬火油温提高至80℃的淬火工艺,可降低泵体的组织应力,有效避免泵体开裂。
[Abstract]:For the single pump body with batch cracking after heat treatment, chemical composition analysis, hardness test and inclusion inspection are used. Metallographic structure and grain size examination and scanning electron microscope analysis were used to analyze the causes of pump body cracking and corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the main reason of the cracking is the uneven wall thickness of the pump body and the cracking of the pump body along the axis caused by the superposition of the thermal stress and the tissue stress during quenching. The structure stress of the pump body can be reduced and the cracking of the pump body can be effectively avoided by adopting the quenching process of 650 鈩,
