合金元素对HRB600钢筋强屈比性能的影响

【摘要】:在普通含钒600 MPa级钢筋成分基础上,通过添加适量的铬、铜、铌元素,利用光学显微镜、电子扫描电镜、高温激光共聚焦显微镜、透射电子显微镜等手段研究合金元素对高强钢筋强屈比性能的影响。结果表明,加入铬、铜、铌后,均可提高钢筋的强屈比,铌的作用最为显著,加入微量铌提高了钢筋组织中硬相比例,增大了两相强度差,提高强屈比。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the ordinary steel bar containing vanadium of 600MPa grade, by adding proper amount of chromium, copper and niobium, optical microscope, electron scanning electron microscope, high temperature laser confocal microscope, The effect of alloying elements on the strength / flexural ratio of high strength steel bar was studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the addition of chromium, copper and niobium can increase the strength of steel bar, niobium plays the most important role. The addition of niobium can increase the ratio of hard phase, increase the strength of two phases and increase the ratio of strength to yield.
