空调翅片的翻边孔多道次成形模拟

【摘要】:由于采用薄铝箔制造的空调翅片在成形过程中翻边孔孔壁容易出现破裂,且成形道次多通过经验确定,难以合理调整加工参数。采用有限元仿真方法,重现翻边孔的成形过程,分析缺陷的形成原因。建立了铝翅片多道次成形仿真模型,模拟了鼓包拉深工序、冲孔拉深工序和二次翻边工序的过程,并与实际铝翅片的翻边孔进行对比,验证了仿真结果的准确性,最后基于仿真结果探讨板料与模具之间的摩擦系数对成形结果的影响。实验表明,摩擦系数的改变会影响翻边孔成形中的厚度分布、最大减薄率以及翻边孔的成形质量。
[Abstract]:Due to the fracture of the flanged hole wall in the forming process of the air-conditioned fin made of thin aluminum foil, the forming pass is often determined by experience, so it is difficult to adjust the machining parameters reasonably. The forming process of flanging hole was reproduced by finite element simulation method, and the cause of defect formation was analyzed. The simulation model of aluminum fin multi-pass forming is established, and the process of bagging drawing, punching drawing and secondary flanging is simulated. The simulation results are compared with the actual flanging hole of aluminum fin, and the accuracy of the simulation results is verified. Finally, based on the simulation results, the influence of friction coefficient between sheet metal and die on forming results is discussed. The experimental results show that the change of friction coefficient will affect the thickness distribution, the maximum thinning rate and the forming quality of flanging hole.
