XK7132立式数控铣床振动控制技术研究

【摘要】:铣削加工为多齿不连续切削,铣刀刀齿对工件往复性的冲击不可避免地造成振动。铣刀相对于被加工件的振动使铣削表面产生振纹,降低被加工件的表面质量,造成铣刀磨损甚至崩刃。铣削加工中出现的高频率的振动还会造成噪声污染。工厂实际铣削加工生产中,经过调节铣刀的刚度以及调节铣削用量削弱铣削振动。上述方法需要中断正在进行的铣削加工,这样就会降低工件加工效率,影响工厂生产效益。论文在以山东鲁南机床有限公司生产的XK7132立式数控铣床为实验平台的基础之上,分析铣削加工过程的稳定性,并研发以磁流变液为基础的铣削颤振控制方法。首先,通过对经过升级改造后的铣床进行锤击实验,获得刀尖处模态参数;进而经过数值拟合得到铣削力系数;在上述模态参数和铣削力系数的条件下,运用经典“零阶频域法”分析铣削加工的稳定性,并讨论不同铣削用量、铣刀形状尺寸对铣削稳定性的作用:然后,研究磁流变技术及磁流变减振器在切削颤振抑制中的作用;最后,设计基于磁流变液的立式铣床减振工作台,通过调节电流改变装置库仑力,达到减振效果。基于磁流变液的立式铣床减振工作台减振控制作用最终通过铣削切削实验得以验证。论文研究工作的稳定性分析部分,对工厂实际铣削加工中工件表面振动控制会有重要的指导意义;基于磁流变液的铣削颤振控制技术在同类立式数控铣床上具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The milling process is multi-tooth discontinuous cutting, and the impact of milling cutter teeth on the reciprocating property of the workpiece inevitably causes vibration. The vibration of milling cutter relative to the added workpiece makes the milling surface vibrate, reduces the surface quality of the added workpiece, and causes the milling cutter to wear and even break the edge. The high frequency vibration in milling also causes noise pollution. In actual milling production, milling vibration is weakened by adjusting the stiffness of milling cutter and adjusting milling amount. The above method needs to interrupt the milling process, which will reduce the processing efficiency of the workpiece and affect the production efficiency of the factory. Based on the experimental platform of XK7132 vertical NC milling machine produced by Shandong Lunan Machine tool Co., Ltd., the stability of milling process is analyzed, and the milling chatter control method based on magneto-rheological fluid is developed. Firstly, the modal parameters at the tip of the cutter are obtained by hammering the milling machine after upgrading, and then the milling force coefficient is obtained by numerical fitting. Under the condition of the above modal parameters and the milling force coefficient, The stability of milling process is analyzed by using the classical "zero-order frequency domain method", and the effects of different milling dosage and milling cutter shape on milling stability are discussed: secondly, the effect of magneto-rheological technology and magneto-rheological shock absorber in cutting flutter suppression is studied. Finally, the damping table of vertical milling machine based on magnetorheological fluid is designed. The vibration control effect of vertical milling machine damping table based on magnetorheological fluid is finally verified by milling experiments. The stability analysis of the research work in this paper will be of great significance to the vibration control of the workpiece surface in the actual milling process of the factory. The flutter control technology based on magnetorheological fluid has important reference value in the similar vertical NC milling machine.
