高强度淬火-配分钢的研究现状及发展方向

【摘要】：淬火-配分(Quenching and partitioning,QP)钢是一种新型高强塑积钢,在汽车领域应用前景广阔。本文阐述了QP钢成分、组织、工艺及性能的研究现状,在此基础上对QP钢工艺一体化应用、涂层板研发、理论模型建立等方面,特别是在热冲压配分工艺上的发展趋势进行了探讨和展望,提出薄板热成形配分工艺局限性及涂层板焊接思路。
[Abstract]:Quenching and partitioning (QP) steel is a new type of high strength plasticized steel, which has wide application prospect in automobile field. In this paper, the research status of composition, structure, process and properties of QP steel is described. On the basis of this, the integrated application of QP steel process, the research and development of coating plate, the establishment of theoretical model, etc. Especially, the development trend of hot stamping partition process is discussed and prospected, and the limitation of hot forming partition process and welding thought of coating plate are put forward.
