应变比对汽车前罩内板成形性能影响的数值模拟

【摘要】:采用有限元软件Auto Form对汽车前罩内板的拉延成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了塑性应变比对其成形性能的影响,得出了成形过程中的破裂危险区域。结果表明,塑性应变比对前罩内板的减薄率影响不大,但随着塑性应变比的增大,板材平面内的塑性应变增大,导致其成形性能明显改善。
[Abstract]:The finite element software Auto form is used to simulate the drawing process of the inner plate of the front cover of the automobile. The influence of the plastic strain ratio on the forming performance is analyzed, and the dangerous area of fracture during the forming process is obtained. The results show that the plastic strain ratio has little effect on the thinning rate of the inner plate, but with the increase of the plastic strain ratio, the plastic strain increases in the plane of the plate, which leads to the obvious improvement of the formability of the plate.
