模芯角度对镁合金管材静液挤压的影响(英文)

【摘要】:通过DEFORM-3D软件模拟了不同的挤压速度与初始坯料温度条件下,模芯的角度(90°,120°,150°)对管材静液挤压成形过程的影响。模拟结果显示,静液挤压过程中大角度模芯的压力峰值明显高于小角度模芯的压力峰值,同时随着模芯角度的增大管材的速度场分布不均性增加。
[Abstract]:The influence of die core angle (90 掳~ 120 掳~ 150 掳) on hydrostatic extrusion process of pipe was simulated by DEFORM-3D software under different extrusion speed and initial blank temperature. The simulation results show that the peak pressure of large angle die core is obviously higher than that of small angle die core during hydrostatic extrusion, and the uneven distribution of velocity field increases with the increase of die core angle.
