4J36因瓦合金冷轧板的退火工艺研究

【摘要】:为了获得合理的退火工艺,研究了在不同温度退火不同时间的4J36因瓦合金冷轧板的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,4J36合金冷轧板的奥氏体晶粒逐渐长大,并且孪晶组织越来越明显,强度下降。4J36因瓦合金冷轧板在750℃退火3~4 min,其力学性能最佳,且晶粒细小均匀。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain reasonable annealing process, the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4J36 Inwa alloy cold-rolled sheet annealed at different temperatures and different time were studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the austenitic grain of the cold rolled sheet of ZI4J36 alloy gradually grows, and the twinning structure becomes more and more obvious.
