发动机支架气动专用夹具的设计

【摘要】:针对目前发动机支架加工辅助时间长,生产效率低等问题,设计出一种自动翻转式专用夹具。根据支架的结构特点和工艺分析,采用气动控制实现工件夹紧和工位转换,将铣、钻等多工序集中,能一次加工四个工件。夹具具有定位准确,装夹快捷,使用寿命长和生产效率高等特点。通过实践应用,其可行性和稳定性得到验证,对同类型产品的夹具设计具有重要的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of long auxiliary processing time and low production efficiency of engine support, an automatic turning fixture is designed. According to the structural characteristics and process analysis of the support, the pneumatic control is used to realize the clamping and conversion of the workpiece, the milling and drilling processes are centralized, and the four workpieces can be processed at one time. Fixture has the characteristics of accurate positioning, quick clamping, long service life and high production efficiency. Through practical application, its feasibility and stability are verified, and it has an important guiding role in fixture design of the same type products.
