基于晶体缺陷机理的6061铝合金镦粗成形工艺分析

【摘要】:基于晶体缺陷机理,并利用计算机有限元仿真软件进行6061铝合金冷、热镦粗成形模拟对比试验。在工具运动速度及材料平均变形速度均保持不变的条件下,将6061铝合金分别置于室温20℃与加热温度350℃状态下进行自由镦粗成形,热变形时锻件高径尺寸满足要求而冷变形时尺寸达不到规格。试验结果分析表明了晶体缺陷机理对铝合金塑性变形的多方面影响,并肯定了热镦粗工艺比冷镦粗工艺更适用于铝合金模锻前制坯的方法,因为热成形有利于减少金属内部的晶体缺陷运动阻碍。
