GH4698镍基合金均匀化组织及变形抗力研究

【摘要】:借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、EDS以及热压缩试验机,研究不同均匀化工艺下铸态GH4698镍基高温合金的变形抗力及其机理。结果表明,均匀化程度、晶粒尺寸、偏析程度以及再结晶程度对合金变形抗力具有一定的影响。综合考虑合金的开坯再结晶率、节能、降低变形抗力等需求,结合各项影响因素,最后确定采用保存少量枝晶组织的1 100℃保温15 h均匀化处理工艺。
[Abstract]:By means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermal compression tester, the deformation resistance and mechanism of as-cast Ni-base superalloy GH4698 under different homogenization processes were studied. The results show that the homogenization degree, grain size, segregation degree and recrystallization degree have certain influence on the deformation resistance of the alloy. Considering the requirements of recrystallization rate, energy saving and reducing deformation resistance of the alloy, combined with various factors, the homogenization process of holding a small amount of dendrite structure at 1 100 鈩,
