交变接触载荷下的铝合金微动疲劳

【摘要】:针对机械工业中广泛存在的微动疲劳失效问题,自主设计开发了一套接触载荷实时可控的微动疲劳试验系统,研究了恒定接触载荷和交变接触载荷对6061-T651铝合金微动疲劳寿命的影响.结果表明:在交变接触载荷条件下,存在一个临界接触载荷使得微动疲劳寿命最低,且微动疲劳寿命随着平均接触载荷的增加呈现先减小后增加的变化行为;在低接触载荷作用下,交变接触载荷条件下的微动疲劳寿命明显低于恒定接触载荷条件下的微动疲劳寿命;在高接触载荷作用下,交变接触载荷与恒定接触载荷对微动疲劳寿命的影响相近.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of fretting fatigue failure in mechanical industry, a real-time and controllable fretting fatigue test system with contact load is designed and developed. The effect of constant contact load and alternating contact load on fretting fatigue life of 6061-T651 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that under the condition of alternating contact load, the fretting fatigue life is the lowest due to a critical contact load, and the fretting fatigue life decreases first and then increases with the increase of the average contact load. Under low contact load, the fretting fatigue life under alternating contact load is obviously lower than that under constant contact load, and under high contact load, the fretting fatigue life is obviously lower than that under constant contact load. The influence of alternating contact load and constant contact load on fretting fatigue life is similar.
