半球形壳体旋压工艺与模具设计

【摘要】:通过对半球形壳体类零件旋压成形过程进行分析,提出了半球形壳体两模法旋压工艺路线,通过制作模具,最终旋压获得了满足尺寸要求的半球形壳体。对钢、钛、紫铜、纯银等材料半球形壳体进行旋压验证并获得成功。结果表明:两模法用于半球形、偏心半球、椭球形等薄壁壳体类零件的旋压,能减少壳体口部金属旋压变形次数,减小加工硬化,有利于提高壳体最终尺寸精度。采用预制冲压板坯结合尾顶的合理使用,当芯模转速为150~250 r·min-1,旋轮进给比为1~3 mm·r-1时能获得较好的旋压件表面质量。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the spinning forming process of hemispherical shell parts, the two-die spinning process of hemispherical shell is put forward. By making die, the hemispherical shell can be obtained by spinning finally. The hemispherical shell of steel, titanium, copper and pure silver was tested successfully. The results show that the twin-mode method can reduce the number of metal spinning deformation at the shell mouth, reduce the work hardening, and improve the precision of the shell's final dimension by applying the twisting method to the hemispherical, eccentric hemisphere, ellipsoid and other thin-walled shell parts. When the core die speed is 150 ~ 250r / min ~ (-1) and the feed ratio of the rotary wheel is 1 ~ 3 mm / r ~ (-1), the surface quality of the spinning part can be obtained by using the precast stamping slab and the tail-top reasonably.
