弹簧钢60Si2MnA表面脱碳规律研究

【摘要】:研究了加热温度、加热时间对弹簧钢60Si2Mn A脱碳厚度的影响,分析了脱碳组织形貌演化规律,运用菲克第二定律讨论了脱碳厚度与加热温度、保温时间的关系。结果表明:加热温度在低于650℃以下,60Si2Mn A是不发生脱碳的;当加热温度达到700℃以上,脱碳层厚度随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长而逐渐增加的;加热温度在700~900℃之间,可以形成明显的全脱碳层,且随着保温时间延长,全脱碳层厚度是逐渐增加的,全脱碳层厚度随着温度的升高是先增大后减小。加热温度为800℃时,全脱碳层厚度达到最大值。
[Abstract]:The effects of heating temperature and heating time on the decarburization thickness of spring steel 60Si2Mn A were studied. The evolution law of decarburization microstructure was analyzed. The relationship between decarburization thickness and heating temperature and holding time was discussed by using Fick's second law. The results show that there is no decarburization when the heating temperature is below 650 鈩,
