热处理对P92钢组织及硬度的影响

【摘要】:通过OM、SEM、TEM及EDS,研究了P92钢在不同热处理条件下的微观组织,采用洛氏硬度计测量了不同热处理状态下材料的洛氏硬度。结果表明:P92钢在1050℃淬火、正火得到的组织均是马氏体+残留奥氏体+碳化物,硬度平均值约为41.34 HRC。760℃等温退火得到组织为铁素体+珠光体,硬度平均值约为11.56 HRC。淬火后200、400、760℃回火得到的组织分别为回火马氏体,回火马氏体+回火托氏体,回火托氏体。对应的硬度平均值分别为30.90、26.92、23.75 HRC。
