铝合金罐体低压铸造工艺研究与分析

【摘要】:大型铝合金罐体由于体积大、结构复杂、凝固时间长,浇注时容易出现缩孔、缩松等缺陷。通过ProCAST软件对罐体铸造过程流场和温度场进行模拟分析,预测缺陷形成的区域。根据模拟结果,在产生缺陷区域安放冷铁能起到强制冷却作用,改善了铸件的温度场,使铸件符合顺序凝固的原则,有效地消除了铸件的缩松缺陷,经X射线检测合格。
[Abstract]:Because of its large volume, complex structure and long solidification time, large aluminum alloy tank is prone to shrinkage and porosity. The flow field and temperature field of tank casting process were simulated and analyzed by ProCAST software to predict the region of defect formation. According to the simulation results, the cold iron can play a forced cooling role in the area of producing defects, improve the temperature field of the casting, make the casting conform to the principle of sequential solidification, effectively eliminate the defect of shrinkage and porosity of the casting, and pass the X-ray examination.
