AZ80镁合金高温热压缩流变应力行为研究

【摘要】:进行了AZ80镁合金在应变速率为0.01~1s-1,温度为250℃~350℃变形条件下的热压缩流变应力行为研究。研究结果表明:流变应力受到变形温度的显著影响,随着变形温度的提高,应力值降低显著,进入稳态变形时对应的真应变值也下降明显;在本实验条件下,AZ80镁合金热变形应力指数n为6,其变形激活能Q为169KJ/mol。
