铸锭成分对TC4钛合金相变点及锻造组织的影响

【摘要】:分析了经VAR法3次熔炼的TC4铸锭横、纵向成分,并用理论公式计算出铸锭不同部位的相变点。分析了相变点的变化差异,并对比了相变点的计算值和实测值。结果表明,实验铸锭不同部位相变点差别很大,最高约20℃,差异最大点在铸锭冒口端。
[Abstract]:The transverse and longitudinal compositions of TC4 ingot after 3 times melting by VAR method were analyzed and the phase transition points of different parts of the ingot were calculated by theoretical formula. The difference of phase transition point is analyzed, and the calculated and measured values are compared.
