热处理对3D打印模具性能的影响

【摘要】:采用不同工艺对3D打印小型3Cr2W8V钢模具进行了热处理,并进行了耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能测试与对比分析。结果表明:热处理有利于提高3D打印3Cr2W8V钢模具的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能,优选的热处理工艺为:150 MPa/350℃×1 h热等静压处理后500℃×2 h热处理的复合热处理。与未经热处理的模具相比,复合热处理能使模具的25℃磨损体积减小75%,350℃磨损体积减小82%,热疲劳裂纹级别从9级变为3级。
[Abstract]:The heat treatment of 3D printed small 3Cr2W8V steel dies was carried out with different processes, and the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties were tested and compared. The results show that heat treatment is beneficial to improve the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of 3D printed 3Cr2W8V steel dies.
