高铬镍奥氏体焊丝焊接10Ni5CrMoV钢接头组织性能分析

【摘要】:为解决10Ni5CrMoV高强钢厚板在大拘束度条件下焊接时无法避免的冷裂纹问题,自行研制了强度低于母材的高铬镍奥氏体不锈钢焊丝,采用低强匹配工艺对10Ni5CrMoV低合金高强钢厚板进行焊接并分析了接头组织性能.结果表明,采用该焊丝焊缝成形良好,无裂纹缺陷.焊缝主要由树枝状奥氏体组织组成,枝晶间有少量颗粒状析出相.其接头抗拉强度800 MPa,弯曲试验无断裂,冲击韧性A_(KV)(-80℃)大于90 J,满足技术要求.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the cold crack problem of 10Ni5CrMoV high strength steel thick plate welded under the condition of high restraint degree, a high chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel wire with lower strength than base metal was developed. The 10Ni5CrMoV low alloy high strength steel thick plate was welded by low strength matching process and the microstructure and properties of the joint were analyzed. The results show that the welding wire is well formed and has no crack defect. The weld is mainly composed of dendritic austenitic structure and a small amount of granular precipitates between dendrites. The tensile strength of the joint is 800MPa, the bending test has no fracture and the impact toughness A _ (KV) (-80 鈩,
