铒微合金化及冷轧后退火对电工铝合金性能的影响

【摘要】:研究Er微合金化和冷轧后退火对电工用铝合金性能的影响,以期得到兼具有较高的强度和电导率的电工铝合金产品。研究结果表明:Er的添加能够在退火过程中析出Al_3Er相,提高轧态组织的再结晶温度;AlEr合金样品由于具有较高的热稳定性,能够在退火过程中保持强度不明显下降的前提下,得到具有较高电导率的合金热处理状态。对于文中所涉及的AlEr合金,冷轧后300℃等温处理24~100 h之间是最为优化的热处理工艺,兼具有较高的强度和电导率。
[Abstract]:The effect of er microalloying and annealing after cold rolling on the properties of electrical aluminum alloy was studied in order to obtain the aluminum alloy with high strength and conductivity. The results show that the addition of% er can precipitate the Al_3Er phase during annealing, and increase the recrystallization temperature of rolled microstructure and the strength of Aler alloy can not be decreased obviously because of its high thermal stability.
