5083圆棒金属间化合物缺陷分析及控制

【摘要】:使用超声波检测技术对直径ф350mm的5083圆棒进行探伤并对缺陷进行定位。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪对缺陷进行了分析。这些缺陷通常为粗大金属间化合物(Al_7Cr)。这些缺陷产生的原因主要与铸造过程的铸造温度、铸造液面不稳定相关。同时,本文提出了控制5083合金金属间化合物的一些措施,有效地降低了金属间夹杂的形成。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic testing technique is used to detect the 5083 round rod of 350mm diameter and to locate the defect. The defects were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. These defects are usually coarse intermetallic compounds (Al_7Cr). The causes of these defects are mainly related to casting temperature and liquid level instability. At the same time, some measures to control the intermetallic compounds of 5083 alloy are put forward, which can effectively reduce the formation of intermetallic inclusions.
