喷射成形7055铝合金的热加工图

【摘要】:在Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机上对喷射成形7055铝合金进行了等轴压缩试验,基于动态材料模型DMM绘制了合金的热加工图,确定了7055铝合金一定应变下的"安全区"和"非安全区"。结果表明:在试验条件下,应变量为0.3和0.6的热加工图变化不显著,流变失稳区所对应的功率耗散效率迅速下降。当应变量为0.6时,适宜的加工参数为395~450℃和0.006~0.082 s~(-1),此时变形组织中发生动态再结晶;不宜进行加工的区间为350~450℃和0.22~5 s~(-1),该区间下变形组织易产生绝热剪切带,应当规避。
[Abstract]:The isoaxial compression test of spray formed 7055 aluminum alloy was carried out on the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine. The hot working diagram of the alloy was drawn based on the dynamic material model DMM, and the "safe zone" and "no safe zone" of 7055 aluminum alloy under certain strain were determined. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the change of the hot working diagram with the strain of 0.3 and 0.6 is not significant, and the power dissipation efficiency corresponding to the rheological instability region decreases rapidly. When the strain variable is 0.6, the optimum processing parameters are 395C and 0.006C 0.082s-1, and dynamic recrystallization occurs in the deformed structure, and the unsuitable processing ranges are 350,450 鈩,
