板壳换热器腐蚀失效分析

【摘要】:板壳换热器在运行过程中会发生腐蚀失效。对板壳换热器腐蚀区域进行表面形貌、微观组织、腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物分析。结果表明:板壳换热器的微观组织均为奥氏体+带状分布的铁素体,主要发生了点蚀和均匀腐蚀,壳程表面腐蚀比板程严重。凸起剥落与局部腐蚀性介质富集及微振磨损有关。管板腐蚀的主要原因为介质中的氯离子与硫离子。
[Abstract]:The plate and shell heat exchanger will have corrosion failure during operation. The surface morphology, microstructure, corrosion morphology and corrosion products of plate and shell heat exchanger were analyzed. The results show that the microstructures of plate-shell heat exchangers are all ferrite with austenitic banded distribution, and pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion occur mainly, and the surface corrosion of shell side is more serious than that of plate side. The uplift spalling is related to the enrichment of local corrosive medium and the wear of micro-vibration. The main causes of tube plate corrosion are chloride ion and sulfur ion in medium.
