2124铝合金切口强度及其定量评估

【摘要】:研究了不同时效热处理状态下2124铝合金的拉伸性能和不同应力集中系数下的的切口强度。结果表明:随着应力集中系数的增加,切口强度先增加后降低,直至趋于断裂强度;2124铝合金属于切口不敏感材料,切口强度高于抗拉强度;切口强度与抗拉强度相比数据离散性大。针对2124铝合金切口件的断裂准则,在Zheng切口强度估算模型的基础上,获得了使用拉伸性能估算切口强度的新模型。
[Abstract]:The tensile properties of 2124 aluminum alloy under different aging heat treatment conditions and the notch strength under different stress concentration factors were studied. The results show that the notch strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of the stress concentration factor, until the fracture strength of aluminum alloy < 2124 belongs to the notch insensitive material, and the notch strength is higher than the tensile strength. The data dispersion of notch strength and tensile strength is larger than that of tensile strength. According to the fracture criterion of 2124 aluminum alloy notches, based on the Zheng notch strength estimation model, a new model using tensile properties to estimate notch strength is obtained.
