热处理对耐磨合金铸铁硬度的影响

【摘要】：测试了耐磨合金铸铁经过不同工艺热处理前后的硬度。结果表明:耐磨合金铸铁经950~1050℃×0.5 h油冷、空冷和炉冷3种方式冷却后,其硬度值分别为58~60 HRC、43~44 HRC和33~35 HRC,且加热温度低于600℃时,其硬度变化不大。
