基于产品族DNA的数控机床造型分析与再设计

【摘要】:当前,数控机床的功能技术已经趋于成熟,因而造型设计就成为市场竞争力的关键一环。造型优美并且具有传承性及延续性的机床设计不仅能够给用户带来愉悦的心情,而且可以减少用户对于机床更新与换代的感官适应成本,从而可以激发人的潜能,提高工作的效率。因此,对机床企业而言,研究其产品族DNA并应用于机床产品的造型设计具有重要意义。论文的主要研究内容如下:(1)对国内外相关品牌数控机床进行造型分析、解析产品族DNA及数控机床造型元素,总结出基于产品族DNA的数控机床造型元素提取方法并对秦川工具集团的产品进行造型分析;(2)以工业产品造型理论及相关方法为指导,探索数控机床产品造型元素与特征之间的映射关系,通过研究得出家族化的总体设计原则;(3)以上述相关知名品牌产品的对比分析研究为设计思路,造型元素与特征之间映射关系及家族化设计原则为理论支撑,完成DNA造型元素的总结归纳并概括出相应的DNA元素库;(4)完成了基于产品族DNA的数控机床造型设计软件系统的总体架构设计,选择VB语言为开发平台,Access为数据库,开发了一款计算机辅助设计软件原型系统,给出了应用该软件进行数控机床造型设计的流程;(5)借助开发的软件原型系统,调用相应的DNA造型元素并结合人工的细化设计,完成两款数控机床的造型设计,验证本文的理论、方法及所开发软件的可靠性。本文以理论与实践相结合的方法,通过对国内外知名品牌的数控机床产品的造型分析,从各个方面探究并总结了基于产品族DNA造型设计的原则和途径,并开发出了一款计算机辅助造型设计的系统原型,通过实践予以可行性验证。论文的研究成果对数控机床产品体现造型的品牌识别性及传承性的设计过程提供了方便手段,具有一定的实用价值并对其他种类工业产品的造型设计具有参考意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the functional technology of NC machine tools has become mature, so modeling design has become a key link of market competitiveness. The design of machine tool with graceful shape and inheritance and continuity can not only bring pleasure to the user, but also reduce the sensory adaptation cost of the user for the renewal and replacement of the machine tool, thus stimulating the potential of the human being. Improve the efficiency of your work. Therefore, for machine tool enterprises, it is of great significance to study the product family DNA and apply it to the modeling design of machine tool products. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the modeling analysis of domestic and foreign related brand CNC machine tools, the analysis of product family DNA and numerical control machine tool modeling elements, This paper summarizes the extraction method of modeling elements of NC machine tools based on product family DNA and analyzes the products of Qinchuan tool Group. (2) guided by the theory of industrial product modeling and related methods, Explore the mapping relationship between modeling elements and features of CNC machine tools, and get the general design principles of family through the research. (3) based on the comparative analysis of the above well-known brand products as the design ideas, The mapping relationship between modeling elements and features and the family design principle are supported by the theory. Complete the summary of DNA modeling elements and generalize the corresponding DNA element library; (4) complete the overall architecture design of NC machine tool modeling design software system based on product family DNA, select VB language as the development platform and access as the database, A computer aided design software prototype system is developed, and the flow chart of numerical control machine tool modeling design using this software is given. (5) with the help of the developed software prototype system, the corresponding DNA modeling elements are called and the detailed design is combined with manual design. Complete the modeling design of two NC machine tools, verify the theory, method and reliability of the developed software. In this paper, by combining theory with practice, the principles and approaches of DNA modeling design based on product family are discussed and summarized by analyzing the modeling of CNC machine tool products of famous brands at home and abroad. And developed a computer-aided modeling design system prototype, through practice to verify the feasibility. The research results of this paper provide a convenient means for the design process of brand recognition and inheritance of NC machine tool products, and have certain practical value and reference significance to the modeling design of other kinds of industrial products.
