Si对CoCrAlY涂层抗热腐蚀性能的影响(英文)

【摘要】:采用HVOF技术制备了CoCrAlSiY涂层,用质量分数75%Na_2SO_4+25%NaCl热盐涂敷的方法,对比了不同质量分数Si含量(0%、2%及5%)CoCrAlSiY涂层在900℃下的抗热腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着反应温度升高,涂层的平均腐蚀穿透深度呈增加趋势;随着Si含量上升,涂层的平均腐蚀穿透深度逐渐下降。腐蚀后CoCrAlSiY涂层内生成了高熔点的金属硅化物CrSi,有助于提高涂层的抗腐蚀性能。
