激光焊接与传统焊接的区别及比较分析

【摘要】:焊接是工业生产中各行各业广泛采用的一种加工连接方式。焊接件由于是通过将两部分工件熔化在凝固成一体的过程,所以相对于其他如铆接、螺纹连接等连接方式具有坚固耐用的特点。在多年以来的工业生产中,人们发明了各种焊接方式,包括电弧焊、氩弧焊、埋弧焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊、电子束焊和等离子焊多种焊接方式。近年来,又新兴起一种焊接方式就是激光焊。这种焊接方式具有高效、高质的优点,在不长的时间内受到了广泛的欢迎。本文将就激光焊接方式和其他焊接方式进行对比分析研究,可以在以后的生产中更好地利用这种加工方式。
[Abstract]:Welding is a kind of processing and joining method widely used in various industries in industrial production. Welding is a process by which two parts of the workpiece are melted and solidified into one, so it has a strong and durable characteristic compared with other joining methods such as riveting and thread joining. Various kinds of welding have been invented in industrial production for many years. In recent years, a new welding method is laser welding. This welding method has the advantages of high efficiency and high quality, and is widely welcomed in a short time. The comparative analysis of other welding methods can make better use of this processing method in future production.
