连续炉钎焊金刚石孔钻的工艺研究

【摘要】:钎焊金刚石工具的性能优势已被近年的研究所证明,相比烧结和电镀工艺,钎焊后磨粒结合强度高,这一特征使得磨粒出露较高,容屑空间较大成为可能,因此钎焊金刚石工具具有其他工艺下金刚石工具无可比拟的优势:较高的加工效率、较长的使用寿命、较高的磨料的利用率等[1-6]。目前工业生产中对钎焊金刚石工具的需求不断扩大,但是很少有单位能够将金刚石工具的制备进行产业化的,因此提高钎焊金刚石工具的生产效率就成为了一个重要的课题。本文针对这一市场需求,对比分析已经成熟应用于批量生产的钎焊金刚石工具的真空钎焊工艺,提出利用网带连续式隧道钎焊生产线进行钎焊金刚石孔钻的规模化生产,围绕网带炉的加热工艺(如各区加热温度,网带速度等),对钎焊金刚石工具微观组织和切削性能的影响机理开展了深入的基础研究工作。本文的炉中钎焊试验是在宿迁某工具公司完成的,以该设备日常对小尺寸工件进行热处理的网带速度为试验中的网带速度,根据钎料和金刚石的特性,设计8组对应不同工艺参数的试验,并使用热电偶测量其中一组试验中钎焊区域表面某点在钎焊过程中的温度曲线。随后对各组实验获得的试样进行金相组织观察以及加工性能试验,分析钎焊工艺参数的变化对钎焊质量的影响。最后结果表明当网带速度为110mm/min时,钎焊温度为1080℃左右时,所获得的钎焊金刚石孔钻的钎焊质量高,加工性能好。本文研究网带炉连续钎焊工艺的方法是实验与数值模拟相结合。通过分析网带炉钎焊金刚石工具的工艺条件,排除一些次要影响因素,建立起钎焊金刚石孔钻炉中钎焊的三维传热模型,然后在ANSYS中,计算出该模型中,与实测点相同位置的热循环曲线,对比分析实测温度曲线与模拟出的温度曲线,根据吻合情况不断优化建立的数值模型,直至两条曲线能够很好的吻合。最后运用该模型仿真试样在八组工艺下的八条热循环曲线,对比分析温度曲线反应的加热工艺,结合加工性能试验和微观形貌的观察,分析性能差异的原因。在上述基础上,结合运用仿真和试验,寻求效率更高的工艺参数(更快的网带速率,更高的各区温度)。本文还通过对比分析真空炉钎焊孔钻和网带炉钎焊孔钻,探讨了网带炉钎焊工艺对金刚石工具微观组织和加工性能的影响。
[Abstract]:The advantages of brazing diamond tools have been proved in recent years. Compared with sintering and electroplating technology, the bonding strength of brazed diamond particles is higher, which makes it possible that the abrasive particles have higher exposure and larger chip-holding space. Therefore, brazing diamond tools have unparalleled advantages over other diamond tools under other processes: higher processing efficiency, longer service life and higher abrasive utilization ratio [1-6]. At present, the demand for brazing diamond tools in industrial production is expanding, but few units can industrialize the preparation of diamond tools. Therefore, improving the production efficiency of brazed diamond tools has become an important issue. In view of this market demand, this paper contrasts and analyzes the vacuum brazing technology of brazing diamond tools which have been used in batch production, and puts forward the large-scale production of brazing diamond hole drill by using the mesh belt continuous tunnel brazing production line. Around the heating process of the mesh belt furnace (such as the heating temperature of each zone, the speed of the mesh belt, etc.), the influence mechanism of microstructure and cutting performance of brazing diamond tools has been studied deeply. The brazing test in the furnace of this paper was completed in Suqian tool Company. According to the characteristics of brazing metal and diamond, the speed of the mesh strip of the equipment for daily heat treatment of small size workpiece was taken as the speed of the test. Eight groups of experiments corresponding to different process parameters were designed, and the temperature curves of a point on the surface of the brazed area during the brazing process were measured by thermocouple in one of the tests. Then the microstructure and processing properties of the samples obtained from each group of experiments were observed and the influence of the parameters of brazing process on the quality of brazing was analyzed.
