基于尖锐边界等值面填充算法的型壳有限元网格自动划分

【摘要】:在熔模铸造的模拟过程中,型壳网格的质量对于模拟金属模型的成形形状、成形性能、内部缺陷等都有很大影响。近来比较引人注目的网格划分算法当属Labelle and Shewchuk的等值面填充算法。本文基于改进的等值面填充算法,替换填充包围盒的晶格和采用特征匹配技术来提高单元网格质量,从而可以快速高效地划分出任意复杂模型的型壳,这对于保证和提高熔模铸造充型凝固模拟的准确度具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In the simulation process of investment casting, the quality of shell mesh has great influence on the forming shape, forming performance and internal defects of the simulation metal model. Recently, the more attractive mesh generation algorithm is Labelle and Shewchuk's equivalent surface filling algorithm. Based on the improved equivalent surface filling algorithm, the lattice of the filled bounding box is replaced and the feature matching technique is used to improve the quality of the cell mesh. Thus, the shell of any complex model can be quickly and efficiently divided. It is of great significance to ensure and improve the accuracy of mold filling and solidification simulation in investment casting.
