Nb含量及退火温度对冷轧低合金高强钢力学性能的影响

【摘要】:利用实验室退火炉对冷轧低合金高强钢进行连续退火工艺模拟,研究退火温度对其组织与性能的影响,并通过改变钢中Nb成分的含量,研究化学成分Nb对热轧板性能以及对退火板性能的影响。结果表明:在790℃以下,随着退火温度的逐渐升高,退火板的屈服强度和抗拉强度显著降低,伸长率显著升高;在790℃以上,随着退火温度的逐渐升高,退火板的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降趋势较小。增加钢中Nb的含量能够显著提高热轧板和退火板的强度,增加0.01%的Nb大约能使热轧板的抗拉强度提高34 MPa,退火板屈服强度提高14 MPa。
