基于DEFORM-3D的微织构刀具切削性能仿真分析
[Abstract]:Modern tribology and bionics confirm that the high performance surface texture with certain non-smooth morphology has better antiwear and antifriction properties. The 3D modeling of bionic texture PCD tool was carried out by Solidworks. Using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software, the 3D cutting simulation of PCD tool without microtexture and microtexture (pit, groove) was carried out under the same conditions, and the cutting force was combined. Cutting temperature is analyzed. The results show that the stress distribution in the cutting process can be improved effectively by the microtexture of the groove and the pit of a certain size. Then, different microtextures were placed on the front face of the blade by laser machining, and the cutting experiments were carried out on the CA6136 lathe. It is found that the surface quality of cutting aluminum alloy workpiece with grooved microtexture cutter is better than that of non-texture cutting tool under dry cutting condition.
